hi, i'm janie!

I began fitness coaching because I know how it feels when your health is the LAST thing on your list of priorities. I know how it feels to be tired, frustrated and overwhelmed from not knowing what your body needs, or how to begin the process of eating healthy and working out, especially after you have had a baby.

7 years ago, I was full of doubt. I had recently given birth to my first child. I was struggling to find myself again. I had diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor issues after giving birth.

I missed being proud of my body. I didn’t know how to stop undereating, then going crazy with food on the weekend. I needed to lose 30 pounds. I was struggling and I didn’t know if I could do it. 

Fast forward to 2022. I have spent the past 7 years learning everything I can possibly learn so that I can help women who feel like '2015 Janie.'

Women who don’t feel motivated to start on their own. Women who need support and encouragement. Women who want to feel confident with the woman they see in the mirror. Women who want to heal their core and pelvic floor. Women who want to get STRONG and see lasting changes.
