During pre​gnacy, early postpartum and even years after giving birth, your fitness needs are different from someone who has never given birth. 

It's important to be mindful of things like Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor health - two things many personal trainers don't know anything about. 

If you're pregnant or postpartum, make sure you follow a fitness program written someone who is knowledgable regarding pre/postnatal considerations. 


I began fitness coaching because I know how it feels when your health is the last thing on your list of priorities. I know how it feels to be tired, frustrated and overwhelmed from not knowing how to begin the process of eating healthy and working out, especially in the years surrounding childbirth.

Nearly 10 years ago I had recently given birth to my first child. I was struggling to find myself again. I had diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor issues after giving birth.

I felt uncomfortable in my skin. I missed liking my body. I didn’t know how to stop undereating, then going crazy with food on the weekend. I needed to lose 30 pounds. I was struggling and none of the fitness plans I tried seemed to consider that postpartum women sometimes have issues with abdominal separation or pressure management in the core. 




Because of my pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey I wanted to learn everything I could about how to help women who felt like me. 

As a mom, your goals are likely different from what they were before having kids. I specialize in educating and empowering women. I provide the support and education you need to reach your fitness goals. I believe you can feel comfortable in your skin after giving birth. 

I'm an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Yoga Teacher, Holy Yoga Pre/Postnatal Teacher and a Mamastefit Perinatal Coach.
